The shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the product, and its price changes accordingly, therefore, it will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Shipments:
- The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
- By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in HeadstashBCN
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
- However, its delay will not imply either cancellation of the order or any compensation.
Once the order leaves our facilities, the transport company becomes responsible for any incident, be it breakage, incidents with packages, delays, etc.
For shipments outside of Spain and Portugal, consult us and for the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands, also consult us.

3- Return and cancellation policies
3-1 Return of merchandise:
Our policy, according to current regulations in Spain, is to grant you any right to return any product purchased from HeadstashBCN. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
For the return it is essential that the product has its original packaging, that it is intact, just as we sent it to you at the time.
Once returned, within 3 days of receiving it, we can refund the money, or a discount voucher, as you prefer.
When a return is made, we can find these two cases:
- If you return an item because you ordered it wrong, you don’t want it, or you don’t like it. You should bear the cost of return shipping
- On the other hand, if we have sent you a product that does not correspond or is defective, HeadstashBCN will bear the shipping costs. And without any hassle for the customer. Giving you all the facilities for your return, such as picking up the package at your home, etc.
In cases where you classify a product as “defective”, please check all products before making your return; Returned products that are in good working order will be returned to the customer and a round trip shipping charge will be made to the customer.
3.2 Return Conditions
We are not responsible for returns that are not properly packaged, for example:
If you want to return a product and you send the product without packing it in another box, the transport company will stick a shipping sticker on it and that product will be unusable for subsequent sale.
If you send a piece of glass without packing it, it will arrive broken for sure. If we take care that it arrives correctly to you, if you want to return something, you must also worry about packing it so that it arrives correctly.

Bank seeds have to be sent to us with their original packaging, by registered letter, their cost is no more than €2 since we have to send them to the seed bank.
Marijuana seeds are sold for decorative purposes and for collecting. Headstashbcn.com is not responsible for the use or cultivation of these seeds.
*Keep in mind that we cannot accept returns of: Seeds, Unsealed items that can be reproduced or copied (DVDs, CDs, etc), shipments without an incidence number abroad or without their original packaging.
Cancel order:
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of merchandise, the client will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs, as well as the costs of returning this same order.
This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. Legal Notice HeadStash BCN
Seeds are not commercial varieties and are not intended for agricultural crops. These are amateur varieties according to Law 30/2006, of July 26, on seeds and nursery plants and plant genetic resources. The seeds are sold for the personal use of those over 18 years of age only. We market cannabis seeds as items intended for collecting or genetic preservation, with the specific restriction that they are not used for purposes that violate the regulations.
Cannabis seeds are not controlled by the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, signed in New York on March 30, 1961, modified by the Geneva Protocol of March 25, 1972 and ratified by the Spanish State.
The Single Convention establishes which part or parts of the Cannabis Sativa L. plant are controlled; the flowering or fruiting tops of the cannabis plant, as well as the resin obtained from the cannabis plant, but expressly excludes seeds. Seeds are excluded from the legal concept of cannabis and are not included in their Annex Lists.
The seeds of the Cannabis plant lack the active ingredient Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
Therefore, according to the Single Convention, the seeds of the cannabis plant are not controlled and cannot be classified as narcotic drugs.
In Spain, the sale, possession and cultivation of cannabis seeds for personal use does not constitute a crime. The Spanish Penal Code criminalizes the cultivation of cannabis in order to promote, favor or facilitate its consumption by third parties.
National legislation applicable to cannabis seeds differs greatly between different countries. In some, the germination and cultivation of cannabis for personal use, and even the mere possession of the seeds, can constitute a criminal offense. HeadstashBCN does not want to induce anyone to break the law in force in any country.
For this reason, we ask non-resident buyers in Spain to inform themselves about the applicable local legislation. HeadstashBCN encourages its customers to act responsibly and disclaims any responsibility for potential legal problems for buyers, and will not make refunds for seeds seized or rejected by carriers or customs in the line of duty.
